For the assassin build I don't know if dark harvest or electrocute is better, but for the bruiser build I've only seen it with conqueror. What needs to be understood is manamune is not a good burst/assassin item its much better as a sustained dmg/poke item. That is why its a better item on bruiser kha than assassin. Now while I do think manamune is a good item on bruiser kha the problem lies in you building and stacking manamune before the game is over.Look to take Elder and Baron, and catch out people.
