Polaris ranger will turn over but won.

Jul 4, 2011 · 2010 Polaris ranger 400 won't start I have a 2010 Polaris ranger 400 and it won't start. It has spark and is getting fuel. It will turn over all day long but won't start. Used starter fluid and still won't start need help please. Mar 30, 2020 · it does get spark and fuel. after hepl with troubleshooting i found the the ECM connector was burnt at the connector point. id di replace the ECM and the entire wire harness. but it did not fix it. it still cranks but will not start. when the engine cranks with the key , the engine sound good with no internal noise. If the pump doesn't run for about 3 seconds when you cycle the key on, then you need to find out why. Sometimes it's just a faulty relay or a bad connection. If the pump is getting power but still don't spool up when you cycle the key, then the pump is bad.towed ranger back to the house and checked the codes which showed 51 and 52. looked under the hood at the ECM and found that three of the wires had burnt out two on one connector and one on the other. Replaced the connector and ECM thinking that problem was fixed, but still no go. the ranger will turn over but will not start.

From there it should hold pressure and the pump should run while cranking to keep pressure to the system. 2015 Polaris ranger 900 XP. Only 90 miles Turns over great and has no codes or check engine light but won't start. Pull injectors and cleaned and cleaned full fuel system. If I put a bit of gas in the injector wholes and put it all back together it will start and run on its own.

14' Turns over won't start. OK so I was called by my mechanic who had my bike in under a warranty repair, it was running fine before as far as starting and never had an issue. Now he says its not getting complete voltage (12 v) to fuel pump. Turns over just fine and when he jumps out the fuel pump it will start and run.

It's fuel injected and you can jump across the solenoid and it will turn over that way but it's not firing and I'm getting power to the solenoid when you turn the key but it won't turn over and I replaced the solenoid along with a programmable ecm that's a plug in play ecm. Oct 8, 2013 · 58 posts · Joined 2012. #24 · Oct 9, 2013. fuel pump will be relay controlled which the ecm turns on, there is a couple second prime when key is turned on and once an rpm signal is sent to ecm fuel pump runs constantly. it's likely you have a poor ground to ecm, just need to rule that out first then go from there.
