I just finished NBME 10 and scored a 247, and my exam is in 8 days. I got a 249 on the NBME 9 exam last week. Form 10 was supposed to be better, based on what I'm reading in this group. NBMEs are spot on when to comes to the style of step 2. Vague question stems. Lots of next step management questions. The question stems give additional symptoms that don't align with the main diagnosis to throw u off. At least, that's how I felt about it. Took it last week. Took NBME 10 and 11 and Free 120. NBME 9: 209 4 weeks out NBME 10: 226 2.5 weeks out NBME 11: 222 2 weeks out UWSA 1: 212 2 weeks out UWSA 2: 240 1 week out (took at same time as free 120 to simulate real test) Free 120 (NEW) %: 79% 1 week out Amboss SA: NA STEP 2 CK: 241!!!!!
