If you've invested heavily into a good balance between STR and DEX, Quality is the path to go. IF your Dex, however, is a good bit higher, than Sharp is the obvious choice, but this has a major drawback with the name of Pure Bladestone.
Keen is your best bet. As far as single stat builds are concerned, with as high as the soft caps are you can go up to about level 160 without having to worry about investing in a second damage dealing stat.
